RIP Sir Peter Maxwell Davies

Today, at the age of eighty-one, one of the greatest composers of our time, Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, passed away. Davies was a celebrated and prolific British composer and conductor who worked closely with Julian Bream to write several pieces for the guitar.
